Let me introduce myself
I am Trista Richardson, Holistic Occupational Therapist. I want to help you find your way back to health and wellness. I utilize a variety of therapeutic and integrative techniques~body and breath work, yoga therapy, craniosacral therapy and life and wellness coaching to help those who suffer from chronic pain, stress, anxiety and trauma.
My intention is to help you with trusting your own inner wisdom and empower you to live a life with greater fulfillment.
WHAT IS HOLISTIC HEALING?
Mind, body and spirit are equally weighted when journeying on a quest for optimal health and wellness. When we are out of balance we can experience dis-ease and pain in our daily lives. Working towards a goal of equanimity and wholeness can bring into focus a more intentional and peaceful existence. I believe that the heart does know the way to healing and sometimes we cannot access that path on our own.
